Swissker Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy governs all transactions made through the Swissker.com online store that utilize Shopify's Purchase Options features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases. By completing a purchase under any of these options, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy controls for refund eligibility and amounts.

2. Subscription Purchases

Subscription purchases authorize recurring billing for each scheduled shipment of the selected product(s) at the price and frequency displayed at checkout, until the subscription ends or is canceled.

  • Cancellation Deadline: You must cancel or pause at least 48 hours before your scheduled rebill date to prevent renewal charges, as set out in our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy.
  • Renewal Reminders: We send a reminder email 3 days before your subscription renews.
  • In-Process Orders: Once a renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is final sale and cannot be canceled or modified (except as set out in our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy for unopened items within 90 days of delivery).
  • First Subscription Shipment: If you are a first-time Swissker customer, your initial shipment is covered by our 90-Day Happiness Guarantee. Full terms are set out in our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy.
  • Minimum Usage Requirement: To qualify for a refund under our Happiness Guarantee, we ask that you use the product consistently for at least 21 days. This gives the formula time to work. Refunds requested before the 21-day mark may not be approved, except in cases of sensitivity, allergic reaction, or product compatibility — issues, in which case please contact us right away and we'll review individually.
  • Subsequent Shipments: All subscription renewals (second shipment and beyond) are final sale once shipped, except for unopened items returned under the Standard Returns terms in our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy.
  • Cancellation Method: You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription anytime through your customer account portal, via the "Manage Subscription" link in any subscription email, or by contacting support@swissker.com.

Swissker reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of payment failure, fraudulent activity, or policy non-compliance.

3. One-Time Purchases

Standard (non-recurring) purchases may be canceled only before the order has entered fulfillment. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Address Changes: Must be submitted within 2 hours of order placement. Orders already transmitted to fulfillment cannot be modified.

Refund eligibility for one-time purchases is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy, including the 90-Day Happiness Guarantee for first-time orders, the 21-day minimum usage requirement, and Standard Returns for unopened items within 90 days of delivery.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost. Email a photo of the issue to support@Swissker within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Shipping, Returns & Subscription Policy.

5. Administrative Rights

Swissker reserves the right to:

  • Update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Deny or revoke cancellation requests that conflict with the terms stated herein.
  • Deny refund requests arising from suspicious activity, potential fraud, or refund abuse.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Where do you ship your orders from?
Swissker warehouses are located in the USA for fast and hassle-free deliveries.
Swissker ships to all 50 US states. At this time, we are unable to ship to US territories like American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Can I change, modify or cancel my order?
We typically start processing your order as soon as it is placed to ensure you will receive it on time. As a result, once an order has been processed, certain information cannot be modified. Within 1 hour of placing your order, please reach our customer support if you need to change any order details so that we can assist in making possible changes.

  • You may change the product variant, quantity and/or shipping address. If your order update request decreases the value of the original order, the pricing difference will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel some products, your order may no longer be eligible for the promotion/bundled price from our special offers.
If you cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, you will be held responsible for the shipping and admin fee ($9.95) (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Cancellation beyond 1 hour after placing an order is not allowed.
  • In case there is any inaccurate or insufficient information, such as an incorrect or inadequate address which prevents us from processing and/or delivering the order, we will notify you via your registered email and we will make a call on your registered number. If we don't hear from you within the specified time, we may need to cancel the order and refund the remaining amount (if any) after deducting all incurred costs of processing and shipping the product(s), depending on the order's state.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps: Take a clear photo or video of the damage to the product. Email the photo or video to us at support@swissker.com. Be sure to include your order number in the email for quicker processing. Once we receive your email, we’ll review the damage and immediately arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. No need to return the damaged item. You can keep it, and we’ll ensure your replacement is shipped as soon as possible. We’ll send you tracking information for the replacement once it’s on its way.

DELIVERY

What are the shipping times?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours upon receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order is successfully processed, you can expect your Swissker product to arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, you have the possibility of entering a different shipping address during the order process.
How can I track my order?
There are two ways to track your order:
  1. Check the status of your order with the provided tracking number
  2. Contact your local post office or postman with the tracking number

Why am I seeing Tax in my order receipt?
The tax showing in your order receipt is called Sales Tax. It is a form of tax levied on retail sales of goods and services. This is generally added to the sales price and is being charged to the purchaser.
What States impose sales tax?
Currently, 45 states plus the District of Columbia impose a general sales tax.
Which US States have no Sales Tax?
Most states have sales tax but five states currently have no sales tax: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee, this means if you are not satisfied with our product and contact us within 90-days after receipt of the order, we will refund the amount of the product excluding shipping fees.   • There is no need to return your item under any circumstances. Please note that if you return your item without our prior request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.

To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING packed in an appropriate shipping container.
  • The product must be returned to the return facility address provided by our customer service at your own cost. Return Process Flow
  • You will be asked to ship the package after the Customer Service Team verifies the return validity and eligibility.
  • Send us an email and provide us with the tracking number of your return shipment.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • The return will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of the returned item at the returns facility. Once the return has been processed, we will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Who is paying for the returns?
We accept all returns of unopened products within 90-days of receiving your order.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
  • The product should be in good condition, sealed, and unused Always retain the proof of postage and please send us a copy in case your return was approved.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How soon will I receive my refund for my returns?
Please allow 14 days from the day we received your return back at our warehouse for your account to be credited. We need to factor in both warehouse processing time, as well as the time your bank takes to process a refund.
